So today I was at my dad’s house and we were both taking about how we haven’t had Peruvian food in such a long time. My dad doesn’t cook , well unless you count throwing something on the grill cooking haha. Well I don’t cook much either I just kind of dabble in it. No one really took the time to show me how to cook when I was growing up and also I think at that age I was probably to self involved to learn. So anyways we decided to try cooking aji de gallina it’s a pretty traditional dish in Peru. So we got all the ingredients together and started. I was a little worried at first but when we were done OH MY GOSH! It was so GOOD! It was better than my mom used to make it. (just don’t tell her I said that) So I was pretty proud that my dad and I learned how to cook it all on our own. Here are some more pictures of the kids at my dad’s house making a mess playing. Oh and Bella is learning at a young age that she should always clean up after herself haha. There are also pictures of max and I on our night out for our anniversary.
