I was dreading this post only because I knew it was going to be a very long one. Lets start with Halloween… Max was a dragon and Isabella was Snow White. They had so much fun and too much candy. Needless to say we did have to take and hide their candy when we got home. Here are some pictures of that night. Oh I almost forgot Max dressed up as a UPS delivery guy and I was a cross between Cyndi Lauper and Madonna. I guess you can all decide for yourselves.

The following pictures are from the play area at the mall. The kids had so much fun playing in the water.

These are pictures of my friend Katies birthday. These are all my friends from high school and I’m happy to say are still my friends now.

Thanksgiving we spent at my Max’s parents’ house in Tucson and that was a lot of fun a little hectic with the kids but as we would soon find out they were sick. Thank you Carolyn and David for inviting us to spend Thanksgiving with you. Unfortunately I for some reason or another am unable to find the pictures from Thanksgiving but I do have other pictures of the kids creating snowmen for Grandma Carolyn.

These are pictures of when we went out to eat at ihop. Notice bella’s pancake.

Christmas was nice and mellow we decided to stay home since that was technically Max’s only day off. Carolyn, David and Emily (Max’s sister) came over and we all opened presents and played with the kids new toys. I think big Max had much more fun playing with the toys then the kids did haha. Later that day we went to my dads and had Christmas dinner and opened our presents from “secret Santa” only we all knew who had us so it wasn’t so secretive.

I want to take this time to thank everyone that took the time to send our family presents. It was very thoughtful. Thank you DeWitt Family The clothes were absolutely adorable! Carolyn David and Emily thank you for coming down I know it was probably not an easy thing but thank you. Also thank you for the presents, max loves his shake and go cars and bella really can’t get enough of her princess shoes. Tia Sally thank you for the ornaments and with the money max got a bunch of cars and Bella a cute sweater. Pogue Family thank you for the p.j.’s they were too cute and for the toys max has a blast launching the catapult. Daddy thank you so much for the kid’s car. I know it took a while before max got used to driving it but he likes it a lot now. Sheila thank you for the princess table for bella. I’m sorry if I forgot someone it’s just really late at night and I’m a little tired but not to worry your gift is very much appreciated and you are never forgotten in our hearts.
I have to say that I am very blessed to have people in my life that care and love my kids as if they were their own. I hope everyone has a great 2008 and I promise that I will keep this blog better updated.
